JB-D02三合一清洗劑　

u　產品特性

1.三合一除油劑由活性劑，除膜劑，光亮劑等組成，充分脫去鋁材表面的油脂和自然氧化膜。

2.取代常規(guī)硫酸脫脂，獲得潔凈，光亮的活性表面，水洗后可直接進行陽極氧化。

3.除油后的鋁材表面光亮度高于常規(guī)除油劑，抑制白斑，點腐蝕。

u　維護和管理　

1、生產過程中根據(jù)生產量補加JB-D02，正常情況下每生產一噸鋁材約消耗JB-D02：4~6kg。

2、控制參數(shù)：游離酸：30～80g/l、鋁離子：≤10　g/l

3、操作過程中盡量避免帶入過多臟雜物，污染槽液，建議每月清理槽底一次。

u　包裝、貯存及保質期

25kg塑料桶裝；避光、避堿、輕放、密封置干燥，陰涼處，防止泄漏。室溫存放1年。

u　Maintenance　and　cool

1、JB-D02　chemical　should　be　added　depends　on　the　aluminium　profile　quantity.　Under　normal　situation,　every　one　ton　of　aluminium　profile　consume　4　～　6　kg　of　JB-D02.

2、Coolling　parameter,　free　acid�。骸�30～8　0g/l,　aluminium　ion�。骸�≤10　g/l

3、Avoid　foreign　particles　into　the　tank,　regular　cleaning　of　the　tank　is　essential.

u　Packing　and　Storage

25kg　plastic　bucket；Protect　form　heating,　avoid　alkali,　keep　sealed　in　a　dry,　cool　place　and　prevent　leakage.　The　product　shelve　life　is　1　year　under　room　temperature.
