JB-E03噴砂鋁材堿蝕劑 

u  產(chǎn)品特性

1.有效去除噴砂后鋁材表面殘留黑點(diǎn)，在鋁材表面形成拋光的砂面效果，比普通磨砂鋁材更顯光澤。

2.特有的整平劑、砂面調(diào)節(jié)劑使處理后產(chǎn)品砂面均勻。

3.獨(dú)特的絡(luò)合劑成分，開槽使用后槽液立即變得烏黑油亮，開槽無需額外添加鋁屑.

NaOH ：60～80g/L

JB－E03：50～70g/L（粉劑）

u  控制參數(shù)

游離堿  ：55~70g/L   AL³⁺：15~25 g/L

溫度  ：50～60℃     時(shí)間  ：3～5 min                                 

u  維護(hù)和管理

1.每天分析槽液濃度并根據(jù)結(jié)果及時(shí)調(diào)整，補(bǔ)加比例為氫氧化鈉：JB-E03=1：0.6~0.8。處理100m2鋁材約消耗JB-E03：3～5kg

2.正常生產(chǎn)時(shí)因帶出損耗導(dǎo)致液面降低補(bǔ)加水則需添加相應(yīng)比例的氫氧化鈉和JB-E03。

3.不生產(chǎn)時(shí)加蓋槽液以防污染。并保溫≥35℃以防鋁離子水解。

u  包裝、貯存及保質(zhì)期

25kg紙箱裝；避光、避酸、輕放、密封置干燥，陰涼處，防止泄漏。室溫存放1年。

 

 

JB-E03  Sandblast etching additive

u  Product Features

1. This additive contains effective etching compound to remove stubborn iron slug on blasted surface,   obtain glossy surface and easy to use.

2. It helps to save costs by reducing processing time, reduce consumption of sodium hydroxide and reduce formation of alkali fog.

3.It contains corrosion inhibitor and active agent to prevent dripping mark and. Work piece will be bright and uniform after treatment.

NaOH ：60～80g/L

JB－E03：50～70g/L（powder）

u  Coolling parameters

Free alkali ：55~70g/L   AL³⁺：15~25 g/L

Temperature ：50～60℃   Time ：3～5 min                            

u  Maintenance and cool

1.Analyse bath conceation once a day. Add and maintain sodium hydroxide to JB-E03 ratio at 1:0.6~0.8. Typical consumption of JB-E03 is 3.0 to 5.0kg per 100mm2 of aluminum surface treated.

2.Any addition to loss of bath solution due to evaporation or dragged out, correct chemical ratio must be maintain.

3.Cover bath if not running production to prevent contaimination. Solution temperation should be maintained at ≥35℃

 

u  Packing and Storage

25kg carton pack；Protect form heating, avoid acid, keep sealed in a dry, cool place and prevent leakage. The product shelve life is 1 year under room temperature
