u  產(chǎn)品特性

1.可在18-35℃區(qū)間內(nèi)工作，不用制冷，用自來水即可。

2.氧化電流可在1.0-3.0A/dm2區(qū)間內(nèi)工作，

3.AL3+、Cu2+、Fe3+容允度一倍以上。同時氧化速度提高到了0.4~1.0µm/min。

u  維護和管理

1.標準膜（10um）下，JB-A01的消耗3～4kg/ton，膜厚增加，消耗相應(yīng)增加。

2.JB-A01溶于冷水較慢，生產(chǎn)過程中開缸或添加時應(yīng)先溶解后再加入槽中，以免有效物沉于槽底，造成消耗過大。

u  包裝、貯存及保質(zhì)期

25kg紙箱裝；避光、避堿、輕放、密封置干燥，陰涼處，防止泄漏。室溫存放1年。

u  Product Features

1.It can work under temperature range of 18-35 ℃ and no chilling required, can use tap water directly.

2.Oxidation current between 1.0-3.0A/dm2。

3.The AL3 +, Cu2 +, Fe3 + tolerance is more then double. Oxidation rate also increased to 0.4~1.0μm/min。

u  Maintenance and cool

1.In normal anodizing film thickness(10um), the consumption of JB-A01 is 3～4 kg/ton; the consumption will increase according to film thickness.

2.JB-A01 is difficult to dissolve in cold water; the chemical should be dissolved first in other medium before adding to the tank, this will prevent condensation and waste.

u  Packing and Storage

25kg carton pack；Protect form heating, avoid alkali, keep sealed in a dry, cool place and  prevent   leakage. The product shelve life is 1 year under room temperature.
