u  維護和管理

1.每天測量槽液比重并根據(jù)結果補加酸及時調(diào)整，偏高用硝酸調(diào)整；偏低用磷酸或硫酸調(diào)整。處理100m2鋁材約消耗三酸拋光劑JB-B01：0.4～0.8kg。

     2.正常生產(chǎn)時消耗補加可按磷酸：硫酸：硝酸=3：1：1。三酸拋光劑JB-B01補加為三酸用量的1/50，硝酸在高溫時易揮發(fā)，建議每班少加勤加以保證槽液中的比例平衡。

3.三酸具較強的腐蝕性，操作時須佩戴耐酸堿手套及防護圍裙。不生產(chǎn)時加蓋槽液以防吸水。

u  包裝、貯存及保質(zhì)期

25kg紙箱裝；避光、避堿、輕放、密封置干燥，陰涼處，防止泄漏。室溫存放1年。

u  Maintenance and cool

1.Measure the bath solution’s specific gravity on daily basis and adjust by adding acid. Consumption of JB-B01 is 0.4~0.8kg for each 100m2 of aluminium surface treated

2.Under normal production condition, the ratio of 3 kinds of acids should be: Phospheric acid, sulfuric acid and nitric acid = 3：1：1 ，The volume of JB-B01      should   be   1:50 of the sum of all acids.

 

u  Packing and Storage

25kg carton pack；Protect form heating, avoid alkali, keep sealed in a dry, cool place and prevent leakage. The product shelve life is 1 year under room temperature.
