按使用的執(zhí)行元件分:
(1)電液伺服系統(tǒng)其伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置是電液脈沖馬達(dá)和電液伺服馬達(dá)。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是在低速下可以得到很高的輸出力矩,剛性好,時(shí)間常數(shù)小、反應(yīng)快和速度平穩(wěn);其缺點(diǎn)是液壓系統(tǒng)需要供油系統(tǒng),體積大、噪聲、漏油等。
(2)電氣伺服系統(tǒng)其伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置伺服電機(jī)(如步進(jìn)電機(jī)、直流電機(jī)和交流電機(jī)等)。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是操作維護(hù)方便,可靠性高。其中,
1)直流伺服系統(tǒng)其進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)采用大慣量寬調(diào)速永磁直流伺服電機(jī)和中小慣量直流伺服電機(jī);主運(yùn)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)采用他激直流伺服電機(jī)。其優(yōu)點(diǎn)是調(diào)速性能好;其缺點(diǎn)是有電刷,速度不高。
2)交流伺服系統(tǒng)其進(jìn)給運(yùn)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)采用交流感應(yīng)異步伺服電機(jī)(一般用于主軸伺服系統(tǒng))和永磁同步伺服電機(jī)(一般用于進(jìn)給伺服系統(tǒng))。優(yōu)點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、不需維護(hù)、適合于在惡劣環(huán)境下工作;動(dòng)態(tài)響應(yīng)好、轉(zhuǎn)速高和容量大。
伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器(servo drives)又稱為“伺服控制器”、“伺服放大器”,是用來控制伺服電機(jī)的一種控制器,其作用類似于變頻器作用于普通交流馬達(dá),屬于伺服系統(tǒng)的一部分,主要應(yīng)用于高精度的定位系統(tǒng)。一般是通過位置、速度和力矩三種方式對(duì)伺服電機(jī)進(jìn)行控制,實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)定位,目前是傳動(dòng)技術(shù)的高等產(chǎn)品。
