Intermediate frequency coreless inductive smelting furnace technical proposal
I. General remarks：
This proposal is based on two furnace bodies in the whole set of equipment. The intermediate frequency power source is 4000KW. The whole equipment is consisted of a high pressure switch cabinet, a 6 phases and 12 pulse rectification transformer, one set of 4800KWA double rectification parallel connection coavariance intermediate frequency power cabinet, two 8.0 Tons steel shell furnace bodies with magnetizer, a furnace pour system (a hydraulic pressure system with two pump, 2 hydraulic pressure hydro cylinders, one furnace lining push-out hydro cylinder),a operations desk for pouring the furnace, a water divider, the cooling system etc.. There is a electromotive switch between the two furnace bodies. While one furnace is wong, the other can be stopped or be overhauled.
