一、進口氣動隔膜閥優(yōu)點：

 

1、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、簡單、體積小，外形美觀；

2、開關(guān)有導(dǎo)向，運動平穩(wěn)；關(guān)閉力矩小，壽命長，≥30萬次；

3、膜片壓緊可自動調(diào)整，受壓均勻，密封可靠；膜片裝入閥芯采用推入式，更換方便。

4、氣動隔膜閥尚可附裝反饋信號、限位器或定位設(shè)備，以適應(yīng)自近控、程控或調(diào)節(jié)流量的需要。

5、氣動閥門的反饋信號采用無觸點傳感技術(shù)。

6、采用氣缸活塞式。

7、當(dāng)氣源發(fā)生故障時，可操作手輪使閥門開啟。

二、進口氣動隔膜閥構(gòu)造：

 

　　1、因為結(jié)構(gòu)類型選用含有抗腐蝕內(nèi)襯的油路板和抗腐蝕的膈膜、無填料函構(gòu)造、節(jié)流閥元器件為延展性膈膜、油路板流道線性，故氣動式塑料薄膜隔膜閥具備摩擦阻力小，總流量大、無外露和便捷靠譜、防火安全防爆型的優(yōu)勢，普遍適用工業(yè)生產(chǎn)自動化技術(shù)中的強堿、強酸、強浸蝕、高粘度、含穎粒、帶化學(xué)纖維及其有害和不充許環(huán)境污染的媒質(zhì)的總流量調(diào)整。

 

　　2、隔膜閥的關(guān)掉與打開是根據(jù)來源于管道的工作壓力功效于提高硫化橡膠膈膜建立的。當(dāng)工作壓力媒質(zhì)進到閘閥操縱腔，膈膜舒張壓，關(guān)掉閘閥安全通道，當(dāng)操縱腔工作壓力排至空氣或中下游管路，膈膜升高，閘閥安全通道被開啟。閘閥沒有閥桿、密封墊片、定項座等，安全通道中健身運動的構(gòu)件就是說膈膜，因此找不到生銹及抱死問題，具備更高的可靠性。多種多樣構(gòu)造方式及操縱方式，可適用多種多樣的流體控制必須 。
