設(shè)備主要特點(diǎn)

1.該設(shè)備屬于電阻點(diǎn)凸焊機(jī)的一種，由機(jī)架結(jié)構(gòu)，焊接變壓器，控制系統(tǒng)，水冷焊接電纜，點(diǎn)焊焊槍等幾部分組成。電氣主回路采用二較管可控硅無(wú)觸點(diǎn)開(kāi)關(guān)，電路開(kāi)關(guān)時(shí)間迅速，準(zhǔn)確。焊接時(shí)間可通過(guò)控制系統(tǒng)準(zhǔn)確調(diào)節(jié)，焊接重復(fù)性與一致性好，維護(hù)方便。

 

2.相對(duì)于DN系列電阻點(diǎn)凸焊機(jī)，具有體積小，重量輕，等特點(diǎn)，焊機(jī)、焊槍都可移動(dòng),在結(jié)構(gòu)上破除了老式焊機(jī)的固定電較臂舊模式。機(jī)器下面配有四個(gè)滾輪，移動(dòng)方便，同時(shí)使用時(shí)不需要?dú)鈮�，配�?米長(zhǎng)的通水焊接電纜及手持式點(diǎn)焊槍，操作起來(lái)特別靈活，方便，選用不同的焊鉗，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)手提式鉗式點(diǎn)焊，單面單點(diǎn)點(diǎn)焊等功能。

 

3.焊接范圍一般為0.1mm---4.0mm的低碳鋼，碳鋼，鍍鋅板，不銹鋼等多種金屬，廣泛應(yīng)用于各種板金，箱體，柜體，鐵質(zhì)家具，不銹鋼廚房制品，不銹鋼門(mén)業(yè)制造及鐵絲鋼絲網(wǎng)片漏焊之后的重新補(bǔ)焊等的焊接。

 

Main Application Characteristic

1.The device belongs to one kind of resistance spot projection welding machine, it is composed of the machinery frame structure, welding transformer, cool system, water-cooling welding cable and welding torch, etc. The main electrical circuit adopts the diode thyristor(SCR) contactless switch, to make sure the circuit switch time rapidly, accurately. The cool system can adjust the welding time precisely,welding repeatability and welding consistency are both very good,also easy maintenance.

2.Compare to the DN Series Resistance Spot Welding Machine,DN3 Series Portable Spot Welder has the advantages of small volume, light weight and other characteristics,install four rollers to the machine to make sure it can move conveniently,furthermore no need air pressure to operate it.

By the 2meters length water-cooling welding cable and hand-held spot welding gun,the operation is quite flexible, convenient.Using different welding guns,it can realize portable clamp type spot welding, single spot welding etc.

3.Generally for low carbon steel, steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and other metal,Its welding range is 0.1mm---4.0mm.

It is widely used in all kinds of sheet metal,steel box and cabinet,iron furniture,stainless steel kitchen products,stainless steel door manufacturing and steel wire mesh reweld for leakage welding etc.
