工藝方式：模具-加熱-擠壓機

8.度檢測采用兩點溫度檢測，使采樣到的溫度更精準；

Adopts two point temperature test ,test temperature precisely.

9.加溫溫度曲線：溫度曲線實時監(jiān)控溫度值，溫度變化值，直觀顯示溫度達到設定值所需要的時間。

Temperature diagram monitor temperature ,temperature change value on time,show the heating time intuitively.

溫度歷史記錄：

實時記錄簿同時間的溫度值，可記錄長達30天，甚至更多時間的溫度值，有效的監(jiān)控工人工作中的違規(guī)操作，避免加溫溫度不夠就取出模具使模具損壞。

Record the temperature value at difference time,can re core over 30 days even more longer time’s temperature value ,which can monitor the abnormal wong during production effectively,and avoiding die damage because of die temperature is not enough.

低溫、高溫自動報警功能：

當溫度未達到設定溫度，按模出按鈕時，自動報警，阻止取模，免避模具損壞；當溫度超過設定溫度時，自動報警。

When temp.did not reach setting temp.,click’’die out’’button,alarm automatically,then stop taking did out,avoiding die damage;when temp.over setting temp,auto alarm.
